Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your glass items in the original bubble wrap and double-box them to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items that arrive damaged.

• 3.
  Shipping the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is unused and in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
